Refund policy

We stand behind the Growth Factor Ritual Serum and want you to shop with confidence. Here's exactly how our return and refund process works.

30-day return window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in accordance with the conditions below. Return requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

What can be returned

  • Unopened serum in its original, sealed packaging: Eligible for a refund of the product price, less the $7.95 return shipping fee.
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective: replacement or full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
  • Wrong item shipped: replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What cannot be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used serum cannot be returned or refunded, except under the Skin Compatibility Promise below. Free gifts included with an order are not eligible for return or refund.

Skin Compatibility Promise

If you experience a skin reaction to the serum within 14 days of delivery, email us with a short description and a photo. We will offer a one-time full refund for the full product price or a replacement, whichever you prefer. We may ask you to return the bottle. If a return is required, Virgoish Beauty will cover the return shipping cost.

Return shipping

For eligible returns of unopened products, Virgoish Beauty will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.

The $7.95 return shipping fee does not apply to items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or to returns approved under our Skin Compatibility Promise. For these returns, Virgoish Beauty will cover the return shipping cost.

There is no restocking fee.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@virgoishbeauty.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with a prepaid label.
  3. Pack the serum in its original packaging and drop it off within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. You will receive an email confirmation. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing further to refund. Proof of purchase is your order number; we cannot process returns without it.

Sale and promotional items

Items purchased at a discount or with a promotional code follow the same policy and are refunded at the price paid.

Exchanges

If your unopened item is eligible for return under this policy, you may return it for a refund, less the $7.95 return shipping fee, and place a new order.

Your rights

You are entitled to a written copy of this policy on request. Email hello@virgoishbeauty.com and we will send it. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
